Why it helps
Sometimes you only want to run a flow (for example find phone and email, then send) for a handful of hand-picked contacts, without setting up a schedule, webhook or engagement trigger.

Available triggers are Schedule, Contact engages with page, Webhook and Row added to sheet. There is no manual or on-demand trigger.
